E-Design is an internet-based design service that is presented exclusively through an online platform for clients who want or need some design direction, or are DIY-savvy.

How Does E-Design work?

We provide our E-Design services using a simple, 4-step step process to make things as easy as possible. See below on how to get started on your E-Design project today.

Step 1: Agreement & Questionnaire

To get started, fill out our E-Design Services Agreement & Lifestyle Questionnaire to help us understand the scope of your needs and any specific room requirements. ​

Step 2: Photos and Room Measurements

Next, email us your photos and room measurements. Please include photos and measurements of any existing furniture. View this handy guide to help you measure your space.

Step 3: Inspiration Photos and Ideas

Please share your inspiration with us! This may include anything from photos and links to other online images, to magazine clippings, or, you can even invite us to join your Pinterest Board.

Step 4: Submit Payment to Begin

Once the E-Design Services Agreement & Lifestyle Questionnaire is received, an online invoice will be sent via email and the design process will begin once payment is made in full. Let’s get started!

E-Design:Update Your Home

A design collaboration that takes place entirely online. I will design your space and include visual resources to help you design your dream space. The design process typically takes 2 weeks. This service includes the following:

  • Secret Pinterest Board Collaboration

  • 1 Concept/Mood Board

  • 1 Floor Plan

  • 1 Shopping List with website links to purchase

  • Installation instructions

  • 1 revision of the mood board & floor plan (if necessary)

Full Service E-Design

A design collaboration that is entirely online. I will design your space and include visual resources. From start to finish, the design process typically takes 2-4 weeks. This service includes the following:

  • Secret Pinterest Board Collaboration

  • 1 Concept/Mood Board

  • 1 Floor Plan

  • 1 Room Render

  • 1 Shopping List with links for where to purchase

Virtual Staging & Rendering for Realtors

Not everyone can afford to hire a staging company or an interior designer. As a Realtor, you can set yourself apart and partner with me to offer a unique service that benefits everyone! ​
